Pub 

'Pub' is a hand drawn frame by frame animation made using pen on food tickets from the pub I work at.  

Process

I started with observational drawings in pubs across Kingston and Cheshire (as well as pulling from personal anecdotes). I wanted to capture some of the characters you'd meet at your local - merging them into a slightly uncomfortable and bizzare morphing animation. Inspired loosely by 'The Pub' by Joseph Peirce.

The sound is recorded on site and compiled with foley in Premier Pro.
